The Odessa, Texas community is mourning the loss of Travis Alexander Pardue, affectionately known as “LT,” who passed away on May 16, 2026, at the age of 34. His passing has left family members, friends, coworkers, and loved ones heartbroken as they reflect on a life remembered for creativity, humor, loyalty, and deep devotion to those he cared about.
Born on September 9, 1991, in Odessa, Travis was the beloved son of Christy Duley and her husband Todd Duley, and Travis Pardue and his wife Wendy Pardue. He was a cherished brother, loving uncle, and devoted family member who shared close bonds with his siblings, cousins, grandparents, and extended family. He was preceded in death by several beloved relatives, whom he held close in memory throughout his life.
Travis attended Odessa High School and carried the spirit of his hometown with him throughout his life. From a young age, he discovered his passion for tattooing, beginning the craft as a teenager and eventually growing into a skilled artist and shop owner. For Travis, tattooing was not just a career, but a form of self-expression and a reflection of his creativity and individuality.
He was widely known for his outgoing personality, generosity, and sense of humor. Friends and family remember him as someone who treated everyone with kindness and equality, always ready with a joke, a smile, or one of his familiar phrases that brought comfort and laughter to those around him. His presence had a way of brightening any room he entered.
Beyond his work, Travis enjoyed traveling, road trips, hunting, and spending time with friends. In recent years, he explored new interests such as gardening and sewing, always embracing life with curiosity and enthusiasm. Above all, he deeply loved his family, especially his siblings, who were central to his life and happiness.
Travis will be remembered for his talent, his warmth, and the love he shared so freely. A Celebration of Life will be held at Heart & Dagger Tattoo Shop on Friday, May 22, at 3:00 p.m., 2812 West County Rd, Odessa, Texas 79764.
